Mental Health First Aid Class

Mental Health First Aid helps you assist someone experiencing a mental health or substance use challenge or crisis.  It takes the fear and hesitation out of starting conversations by improving understanding and providing an action plan that teaches people to safely and responsibly identify and address a potential issue.

NAMI – Families in Action
Families in Action is a 10 week educational program designed for family members of those with mental illness. It teaches the tools needed to help those with mental illness become happy, healthy, and independent.
