The Christian Community Response Team serves over 2,000 people each year.
Even without an emergency, families who rely on government assistance programs often lack basic necessities. SNAP covers certain kinds of food but no toiletries, cleaning supplies, or household items like toilet paper.
Additionally, lack of access to proper hygiene increases the risk of skin infections, dental problems, and other preventable illnesses, which can worsen existing health issues or lead to costly hospital visits. For vulnerable populations—children, the elderly, those living in shelters or on the streets—basic toiletries like soap, toothpaste, and deodorant are not luxuries; they are essential tools for dignity and health.
CCRT provides families with essential personal grooming items to ensure they stay healthy and well cared for. We support this part of CCRT’s ministry every January and July. Thank you in advance for your donations!
