La Casa Amiga offers an exciting and enriching cost-free Summer Camp for youth in Pontiac ages 8-12, who have been identified as high risk. This program is expertly designed to empower children with essential interpersonal and intrapersonal skills while raising awareness of the risks and consequences associated with substance use.

At camp, youth will develop important life skills such as how to deal with stress, and assertiveness; and engage in activities that nurture creativity and foster healthy habits.

With only $50, we can provide a three-week summer camp of fun and growth at no cost to every child who qualifies (what a gift to their moms this Mother’s Day!). Your support will help create a brighter future for these youth, setting them on a path to success and well-being.

Envelopes are available in the Gathering Area. Please pick one up, make out a $50 check payable to: “Catholic Charities of Southeast MI” with “Summer Camp” on the memo line, return your donation by May 3rd, and pray for the child you are sponsoring!
